What’s the Story, Morning Glory?

You won’t find Noel or Liam Gallagher here, but Oasis Grill on Drumm is your best bet for falafel, gyro and shawarma in the FiDi.  Yumm on Drumm.My favorite thing on the menu is the delicious  jerusalem-style chicken shawarma. Moist rotisserie chicken bathed in a tangy garlic sauce, with a pleasantly acidic lettuce- tomato filling in a sturdy, fresh lavash wrap. It’s the best. If you order the gyro be sure to get it spicy (it’s pretty mild).

Only complaint I ever here about this place is the price (about $8- still within the Hungry Drone’s sweet spot) but the wraps are LARGE so you get your $’s worth. Friendly service, long lines:  if you’ve got a meeting after lunch better call in your order!
